Our History

Lucy Stauffer (L) started with one farm in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She would pore over months-old classified ads and her copious notes to turn her one farm into many across the Midwest.  She focused singularly purchasing farms without homes or structures, just the vacant land.

As she built her farms, her grandson Brent Centlivre (B) learned the process and assumed oversight of the farms upon her passing. Under his direction, LB upgraded to higher quality farms around the state of Iowa, including an organic farm.

At LB Family Farms, LLC, we are passionate about providing Florida vacant land owners with the opportunity to sell their properties to a direct investor to ensure a seamless, commission-less, cash sale. Our Path Forward - Florida

In 2019 LB Family Farms expanded into acquiring and investing in vacant lots in Brent’s home state of Florida.  The purpose was to sell to homebuilders enabling more people to build a new home and dreams in the Sunshine State.  LB gives sellers an opportunity to sell their property quickly and safely through a Title Company.  this gives families an outlet for capital.  LB Family Farms has completed 30+ transactions and seeking opportunities with partners.
